What WebEditor.click does

You point at an element of your website, say what should change, and the editor assembles a request for your own agent — with the selector, the styles that actually apply, the element's surroundings and the system the site runs on. It never writes to your site and never alters the page in front of you. Your agent makes the change in your source code, and you see it when you reload the page. More on the product page.

Common problems

The request never reached my agent

Via the clipboard: check that the whole request was pasted — it is long and some apps paste only part of it. Via remote MCP: Send to agent through the server must be on in the app's Connections section (in the extension: Send to your agent through the server on its Connection page), and the address in your client must match the one the app shows. After New key the address changes and has to be pasted into the client again.

The agent changed something other than what I pointed at

The request describes what is visible on the page, not what is in the source — the agent is told to verify it in the code. If the change ends up in the wrong place, attach a crop of the element and make the sentence more specific. Please send us the example too. Cases like this are what we use to improve the tool.

Dictation does not start

It needs iOS 26 and microphone access in Settings → WebEditor.click. Transcription runs on the device, so it will not start without system speech recognition for your language.

I want to stop sending and delete what you hold

Turn off Send to agent through the server (in the extension: Send to your agent through the server). This stops sending and deletes the list on our side. If the server does not respond at that moment, the deletion is retried automatically, in the app at its next launch and in the extension once the server is reachable. Either way, the list is deleted no later than one week after the last write. Details in the privacy policy, or write to us.

A site logged me out, or remembers something it should not

Logins belong to the site, not the window, so they remain after you close the window or restart the app. Forget site deletes the site together with its logins, cookies and attachments. It cannot be undone.

Subscription

The subscription unlocks the editor in the app — pointing at elements and making requests — and sending through our server, from the app and from the paired extension. Browsing is free, and the extension can pick elements, copy requests and create the zip without a subscription. Apple sells and bills it in the App Store, under your Apple ID. You have no account with us and we never see your payment.

I want to cancel the subscription

Apple manages the subscription, not the app. On iPhone and iPad go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name and find it in your account settings. On any Apple device, apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions opens the same list. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, otherwise it renews. When the subscription ends, the editor locks and the server stops taking requests, but the browser keeps working and you can still hand over unfinished requests through the share sheet, the clipboard or the zip.

The app asks me to subscribe again

The subscription belongs to your Apple ID, not to the device, and works on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with it. Check that the App Store on this device uses the Apple ID you subscribed with. Then turn on the crosshair and in the subscription offer that opens instead, choose Restore Subscription.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we do not see your payment and cannot return it. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID you paid with. Apple decides on the request.

Pairing the extension with the subscription

The extension sends through our server only when it is paired with the subscription from the app. You pair it once, not for every website. In the extension, open its Connection page (the extension's Options) and under Subscription choose Show code. In the app's Connections section, turn on Send to agent through the server, choose Pair extension under On your computer, type the eight-digit code and choose Pair. The code is valid for ten minutes and unlocks nothing by itself. Once paired, the extension's Connection page says Paired. If the app says the subscription isn't active, restore it in the app first, as described above.

Browser extension

The same tool exists as an extension for Chrome and other Chromium browsers. It is not in the store yet and is installed manually from an unpacked folder. The file and the instructions are on the product page.
